Please Note: All orders placed in April will be delivered starting the 5th of May. After that, if an order is placed before 12pm on Wednesday, the box will be delivered on the next Sweet Thursday; after 12pm on Wednesday, orders will be taken for the following week.

These treats are the jewels of any pastry boxes: imagine delicate tarts filled with swirls of vanilla cream and topped with the freshest berries, and free-form galettes whose flaky crust encloses apples, pears, or rhubarb. This box might also include our popular Gateau Basque- a plum compote surrounded by a soft, almondy tart dough, or a layered and crisp lemon turnover.

The list goes on: tiny cakes that can be eaten out of hand, glazed brioche filled with a shot of smooth pastry cream, or an ethereal strudel... Some favorites are available throughout our baking season but others can be had only during a short period; with regular deliveries you'll be sure not to miss out on your favorite treats using the ripest local produce.
